Dragoo has posted that Evica was the only one to offer a model and that there is no hint of any formal model in Gibson.
I don't think this answers what DiEugenio said though. I think Jim said Evica finally arrived at the upper limits of his model after seeing Gibson. Jim clearly spelled out that Evica had only offered the popular culprits from the HSCA era before Gibson. After Gibson Evica expanded his model upward to include the level of sponsors revealed by Gibson's analysis.
Like Drago I think Dragoo hasn't answered what Jim said. Forgive me Phil, but it is just "Drago" with another zero...
