The Craig Civale report seemed fair enough to warrant an email to him at the email address at the bottom of the article.

Robert's harrassment is the latest presentation of the tex in vortex.

I guess Frank Nelson isn't a Robert Groden fan.

From comments section:

Quote:Frank Nelson says:
Dallas is right to give Dealey Plaza back to the public and take it back from the vendors that race each other to shove perioicals with JFK's autopsy photos in visitors faces when they try to park on Houston street or follow visitors around the Plaza trying to sell drugs and pimp prostitutes. It's disgusting and disgraceful to JFK's memory.
The harrassment has gotten so bad in Dealey Plaza (especially at the spot where Mr. Zapruder filmed the tragedy) that I and my friends stopped visiting it in 2007. It leaves a horrible impression for foreign visitors to take back to their countries as well as out of state visitors too.
Groden has a website he can sell his material at and the vendors can do likewise.
I suspect Groden is trying to worm his business inside the 6th Floor museum to compete with Gary Mack. In Spanish such a person is known as a "gusano".

Who would call Robert Groden a "worm" or "maggot?"

I have Robert's The Killing of a President (1963).

I find it credible and compelling, unlike the official lie from the megaphone in Byrdland.

Is it "business" then?

All even competition--it's just that the one point of view is a lie dipped in the blood of thousands of victims of an unjust war fought for profit, made possible by an act of treachery in Dealey Plaza.

Actually millions of victims. And still millions today get ground up in the war machine which needs blood sacrifices of young men and women and children and the occasional president to lubricate its wheels to keep them turning and the money rolling into the bank accounts of Cheney, GE, Honeywell, Halliburton et al.

No even competition at all and that is the last thing they want. If the 6FM sold all the history available there would be less for sale in the plaza but only the 'official' lie is accepted there. If the hawkers are gone the lie still stands. Lies must be part of their business plan me thinks. While some people may want to clean up the plaza more serious people want to clean up the lies and the bodies and the history books and the 6FM and set the truth free.

The phenomenon of the Depository arises out of coup insider Byrd, and the diabolical construct of the sixth-floor "sniper's lair" is a product of the CIA propaganda apparatchik David Atlee Phillips.

Per Gil Jesus, Oswald never possessed--much less fired--the Mannlicher Carcano.

Oswald wasn't on the sixth floor when the president was shot.

Oswald didn't fire any shoulder-fired weapon per the Dallas police paraffin test.

There was no transit of the back wound, and Gerald Ford's lie to the contrary notwithstanding, it was not a "neck" wound.

Hence Arlen Specter's single-bullet or magic-bullet lie is just one more BIG lie of the propaganda machine.

The current attack on Groden—including calling him a “worm”--indicates the official lie cannot survive a reasoned critique.

And yes your figure of millions of victims is absolutely unimpeachable.

President Kennedy was withdrawing one thousand military advisors from Vietnam per month with the aim of complete withdrawal by January 1, 1965, per his National Security Action Memorandum 263 of October 11, 1963, reproduced on page 1 of Robert Groden, The Killing of a President.

Which was reversed by Lyndon Johnson signing NSAM 273 on November 26, 1963, the Tuesday following President Kennedy's funeral, the first day of business for post-coup Washington, reproduced on page 215 of the above work.

Someone alleges Groden wants to “worm his way” into Dunkel's business—no, but this is what Johnson did.

Our friend from the Eastern financial houses objected to Brown & Root showing up every week for another billion; relates that Eliot Janeway made the rounds that summer of '63 to warn in a rehearsed hiss of that “dangerous man Kennedy.

Our friend the colonel told of being ordered by his superiors to provide safe passage for a drug convoy originating in Viet Cong territory.

There was a level of commerce above the national or political; that which is measured in pints of blood, kilos of contraband, and billions of dollars.

Yet the official edict is to send forth the horsemen to rid the Plaza of the scourge of critical pamphleteers.

Exactly! It should be about getting the business out of the Depository and the truth in everywhere.

''Since last May, the Sixth Floor has been working with the city's Park and Recreation Department to develop an agreement for the museum "to manage Dealey Plaza," :alberteinstein:Jeff West, executive director of the museum, told the Morning News. He was then quoted as saying, "We hope our presence will rid the plaza of most of the conspiracy theorists and others of that kind there.":reddy:

For anyone who has never been there this is pretty typical ..of what transpires in Dallas during the two conferences on the JFK Assassination every year.of what transpires in Dallas during the two conferences on the JFK Assassination every year. These events are never covered by the MSM [mainstream media]. I’ve been here for the past 17 years enjoying the festivities and learning new information about the JFK case and other current events.

Since when does the TSBD get to run a public space such as Dealey Plaza? Do they run the Dallas airport or highway system too? Talk about over reach. Unelected at that.

APPARENTLY IT WOULD SEEM '''THE'' ' RUNNING THE TSBD ARE ''VERY' IIMPORTANT PEOPLE; MORE SO THAN THE CITY COUNCIL; IF SO, SOUNDS AS THOUGH DALLAS MAY STILL BE UNDER CONTROL OF THE CITIZEN'S COUNCIL AS SOME SAY IT WAS IN 1963...AND WERE INVOLVED WITHIN PART OF THE WELCOME JFK RECEIVED...:listen:

An assassination researcher says Dallas police threw him in jail to stop him from selling materials that suggest President John F. Kennedy’s death was part of a conspiracy. Robert Groden, who helped force Congress to reopen its investigation of the JFK assassination in the 1976, rents a parking space across from the site of the shooting, where he questions the “lone gunman” theory, according to his complaint in Dallas Federal Court.
Groden says police Sgt. Frank Gorka arrested him in the parking lot near Dealey Plaza on June 13, claiming his booth violated Dallas ordinances that prohibit the sale of literature or films on the JFK assassination.
But Groden claims that the ordinances Gorka cited do not apply to his case, and the permits he was ordered to get do not exist.
Groden says he studied materials from the assassination as an expert for the Select Committee on Assassinations for the House of Representatives.
The self-described “leading critic of the Warrant (sic) Commission” says he wrote five books about JFK’s assassination and says he is recognized as “the world’s leading expert on the photographic evidence in the JFK case.”
The Warren Commission report, published in 1964, concluded that Lee Harvey Oswald, acting alone, fired three shots at President Kennedy from a sixth-floor window of the Texas School Book Depository.
Though the Select Committee on Assassinations did not identify a second gunman, it found that “President John F. Kennedy was probably assassinated as a result of a conspiracy,” according to the National Archives.
Groden says while he was working at his table outside of Dealey Plaza, where he sells books, DVDs and other assassination-related materials, police charged him with a Class C misdemeanor, seized his products and took him into custody for almost 9 hours.
Groden claims that Dallas City Hall and the Parks and Recreation Department told him he met all the requirements to operate his business, but Dallas police continue to deny him access.
