Rago establishes his permanent membership in the Cinque Pantheon by seriously claiming a man dressed in a police uniform stood out in the open on the Knoll and shot JFK with a handgun.

Rago takes the Morman photo and shows a rorschach image of this shooter as proof. The problem with this is seen immediately as Duncan realized. By comparison the black dog woman seen immediately in the foreground in front of this phantom shooter is much smaller in perspective. For the shooter to be real it would have to conform to a vanishing horizon scale. Instead this image does the opposite and shows a person much bigger than black dog woman than is possible by scale. If this alleged shooter was brought next to black dog woman it would be a giant man. Even worse Rago forces the unusual largeness of the gun to fit his claim by backfilling the rorschach coincidence of the gun's size to fit an unusual sniper pistol. In other words Rago, like Cinque, backfills his hallucination to fit the scene rather than interpreting what is there. The stupid thing about this is that if that man was there shooting Kennedy people would have seen him right out in the open just like Morman's lens did. Like Fetzer, Rago is dangerous because he possesses just enough research ability to gather evidence in a skillful way. However these people lack a criticial gene and are willing to then use that skill to suggest some pretty wild theories. The police uniform Knoll shooter is obviously bogus and easily refuted.

Albert,

Comparing "Rago" to Fetzer is irresponsible, IMO. Even though I believe Jim Fetzer has recently become a lesser researcher than he once was,
he still is no "Mike Rago". The "Rago" to "Cinque" comparison I do, however, understand.

Perhaps, but I believe Fetzer has crossed a serious line with his hologram airplanes and mobile photo labs in Dealey Plaza.

Rago is obviously just drawing lines where he wants to fit his nutty theory. He cuts-off giant man's head to make his scale of perspective work.

The simple thing that destroys Rago's nutty handgun cop theory is the fact the man is pointing the alleged gun towards the south knoll. There's no rational reason for any alleged shooter to be drawing a gun and aiming it in full aiming posture towards the south knoll when JFK was still well back up on Elm as the direction Zapruder is looking proves. I pointed this out to Rago last time and he had no answer for it. He was done the last time when he couldn't give any answer for this.

It is well past the time, Albert, for you to apply deep political analysis to the "Rago" phenomenon.

What is "Rago"?

I honestly can't figure out if persons like Rago and Cinque are deliberate agents provocateur or are just the predictable percentage of unfortunately mentally disoriented people who honestly believe their theory and push it. Like Fetzer shows recently, I believe there's a flaw in human psychology where the ego insists on satisfaction by being the only person to understand a subtle piece of evidence in the assassination and be the big discoverer who figures out this subtle evidence and gets grand credit as a shrewd detective. There's something in these people...the key lack of a sense that stops them from pushing forth these bogus theories. Ask police detectives about these people. They show up at every major crime with false confessions and wacky theories. The JFK Assassination is a natural lightning rod for this syndrome. Hence we have Rago and Cinque. The human mind is a very delicate thing. Insanity can be very safely hidden inside an otherwise functioning person.

While it is possible some of these persons are genuine agents provocateur planted to keep the waters constantly churned with mud, in the end it doesn't matter because the effect is the same. I would more suspect persons like Von Pein and the Colby entity whose sporting Nazi-like dedication to obfuscation and denial of truth bespeaks a rogue agenda other than seeking the truth. This site might be less active than EF because of it but it definitely doesn't suffer the loss of the level of bullshit over there.

What really worries me is whether Fetzer has slipped because of too much conspiracy study or the enemy has developed advanced means of making such people slip.

One thing I can say is the Deep Politics framework is a good way of shaking-out the nonsense and disallowing such attempts at deliberate confusion. The reason The Unspeakable was so strong was because it focused on this wavelength and it fit like a glove.

Rago is trying to say Mack's "Badge Man" is the same person as his "Hand Gun Man". He's saying Mack made the mistake of placing him behind the fence instead of in front.

This shows Rago, like Cinque, is clearly not connected to reality. If he was he would notice that in Mack's picture "Badge Man's" body is hidden by the fence, which clearly places him behind it according to all dictates of reality (dictates apparently beyond Rago's mental capabilities).

Rago: " He is holding the gun in a responsible manner, up in the air, which suggests it is loaded and ready to fire. "

There's no rational reason a shooter would be presenting the gun in clear aiming fashion according to body posture (which Rago denies but tries to claim that I see him shooting in a totally dishonest manner) and be aiming it towards the south knoll when JFK was still before the Stemmons sign. There's no reason an assassin would expose his gun that way or so prominently point it in the wrong direction.

If you look at Rago's uncropped photo both Zapruder, Sitzman, and Black Dog Woman all have a similar sharp dark color and definition. Hand Gun Man's color matches the color of the bushes behind him exactly.

As we approach the 49th anniversary of JFK's assassination, I can still recall the radio reports being sent out to the classroom intercom as a HS student, and after the murder of RFK I developed serious doubt about the WC lone gunman scenerio. And, I have studied the JFK assassination some over the years, but Hand Gun Man is totally new to me. Maybe a reference as to where a photo can be found that shows HGM? I recall a DPD officer in a picture and/or video with gun drawn, but I believe that was after the JFK car had left Dealey Plaza Gallery.
