I need some help with the following two film segments:
As can be seen, the two films are shot at the same time at the front steps of the TSBD, but from different angles, and clearly show Billy Lovelady in the lower right corner wearing his checkered shirt.
According to Robert Groden, the scene shown above was filmed 8-15 minutes after the assassination. Can anyone deny or verify this time, or narrow it down a bit more?
Also, does anyone know how long after the assassination the TSBD was locked down, allowing no one in or out, and for how long it was locked down?

Mr. HILL. The right rear portion of his head was missing. It was lying in the rear seat of the car. His brain was exposed. There was blood and bits of brain all over the entire rear portion of the car. Mrs. Kennedy was completely covered with blood. There was so much blood you could not tell if there had been any other wound or not, except for the one large gaping wound in the right rear portion of the head.
