"checkered shirt man"
I believe the reason why James Fetzer is referring to Billy Lovelady as "checkered shirt man" is because to acknowledge that "checkered shirt man" was Billy Lovelady would invalidate the bogus parallel argument he has about Lovelady in the red and white short sleeve stripped shirt.
Billy Lovelady is seen in a number of films/photos on that day in the checkered shirt (open and later buttoned up).
But because Lovelady had his photo taken by the FBI at a later date in a red and white stripped short sleeved shirt Fetzer is saying that that is the one he wore on 22nd November so if it was Lovelady in the doorway you would see short sleeves and stripes.

Its kind of startling I think.
Now they have come up with checkered shirt man? I don't even follow that argument anymore.
But I will say this, Robin Unger's photo archives is simply platinum.
Wow. What work that guy has done with photos.
Only Groden surpasses him to my knowledge.
It's crazy over there. Fetzer has managed to irreparably tarnish his own reputation while at the
same time managing to unite the efforts of sincere conspiracy researchers with those of several
rabid WC apologists against him.
Not only that, but a few trolls have appeared attempting to rekindle the debate from the ground up
thus prolonging the agenda!
I agree, Jim, Robin's archive is amazing, as is Groden's. Jack White's Archive at Baylor University
is also very impressive.

The "von Pein" entity and the "Colby" entity are now being treated cordially and even as allies by alleged champions of truth and justice for JFK.
This is what Fetzer has wrought. Intentionally, I now reluctantly conclude.
And no one at the EF Swamp seems the slightest bit disturbed by these developments.
But have no fear, ladies and gentlemen. Come the 50th we will have written letters to our senators and congressman, and we shall gather in free speech zones in the general vicinity of Dealey Plaza to hold up our fingers and politely beg pardon.
DPF for making the right call and banning Fetzer from this forum. What a circus that is over at the EF.And,of course Don Jefferies will chide us here about the evil ways that some members have been treated, but shuts his mouth when HIS forum is crazy/nuts.In fact,he says he likes it all.It stimulates debate.Ha ha ha

Which is precisely the problem with Don "Special Olympics" "Miss Manners" Jeffries: He's still "debating" with accessories-after-the-fact to JFK's assassination -- as if their LN position is worthy of respectful consideration.
That, plus the likelihood that even when he's alone and breaks wind, he says "Pardon me."

Wittingly or unwittingly, Rupert Murdoch and Jim Fetzer now serve the same agenda.
