It is silly to think a highly coordinated CIA black op would not be able to retain its spent shells.

Lee Bowers probably did but, as I understand it, the questioner during his WC testimony abruptly changed the subject when Bowers started describing what he actually saw. Then of course he passed away in an "accident". Anyway, no one actually "saw" Oswald in the 6th floor window either.

No, I don't see him looking up and from what I understand he was coached (coerced?) to testify to stuff that would support the frame up.
How could be possibly tell that the guy he "saw" in the window was "in his early 30s, slender, nice looking and would weigh 165 to 175 pounds" when the window only opened about a foot or so which meant anyone shooting from it would have to be crouched down making most of his body not visible. My understanding is that the panes of the window were so dirty that it would have been difficult to discern the features of anyone standing behind it. Furthermore, Oswald barely weighed 140 lbs - the 165 lbs figure comes right out of the falsified "Lee Henry Oswald" file that CIA HQ sent to the MC station in response to the report of the Oswald imposter calling (more correctly, appearing to call; the whole thing was likely faked) the Soviet embassy from the Cuban embassy.

If you listen to his interview with Mark Lane he said something like "I could not say then nor can I say now". He was indirectly telling Lane he couldn't talk. He had his fingertip cut off to make sure he remembered to keep his mouth shut. He was later offed by black op to make sure he never did. |
