There is no other way to say this. CBS was in on it from the beginning.[URL="https://kennedysandking.com/john-f-kennedy-articles/cbs-and-their-1964-jfk-cover-up"]
Another masterpiece read, Mr. DiEugenio, hear! hear!
Shame on CBS. Their underhanded tactics in 1967 w/ major conflict-of-interest mouthpiece John J. McCloy further highlights their complicity amid the biggest lie ever told anywhere, and at any given time in the annuals of history. Complicit cowards (somewhere in the hereafter even Judas himself is blushing).
Pretty sad day for truth & democracy when a once Free Press (so essential to individual liberty & holding corrupt liars accountable) is gutted in favor of rubber-stamping step & fetch yes men. Amazing what some people will do and say for thirty pieces of silver.
Warren cOmission
Bunch of errand boys doing the bidding of their evil masters...
The very word "secrecy" is repugnant in a free and open society; and...We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. --President John Fitzgerald Kennedy
As the article proves the 1964 program was in the makes for months.
Even before there was a Warren Report.
Clearly, someone on the Commission was leaking or supplying written preliminary conclusion to the execs at CBS.
When CBS got these, they then corrected the witnesses on what to say when they went off script. Lane and DeAntonio saw these but then Dick Salant would not allow Florence Graves, the journalist who wrote about it, or the HSCA to see them.
Since CBS was in the tank on this, one has to suspect the worst as to why Salant would not allow the HSCA to view them, especially since we have Lane and DeAntonio on record.
It wouldn't surprise if the leaks emanating from the Warren Commission to CBS bore the finger-prints and hushed whispers of Gerald "slyly move the wound up" Ford and/or Allen Welsh Dulles.
What's worse is CBS muzzling anything resembling truth, but choosing rather instead to script what could or couldn't be shared for public view/consumption. Nothing free, open and or honest with "truth" that is scripted. In spite of the complicity of Richard Salant's careful scrutiny of what would ever see the light of day, it was encouraging to read in your piece, Mr. DiEugenio, how a LIFE Magazine interview with Texas Governor John Connally debunked the suggested prowess of a single bullet being responsible for seven wounds upon two different people (As if...please excuse the eye-roll)
The deceitful action of Judas pales in comparison to the modern day media's complicity in handing over a once free democratic Republic for their own thirty pieces of silver. How do these people even get out of bed in the morning? Guess some people have a price, and some people just are beholden to the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
