Here's something else:
A letter from the US Post Office to author/researcher Stewart Galanor in response to an inquiry he made about post office boxes.
The Post Office said that "mail addressed to a person at a post office box, who is not authorized to receive mail, shall be endorsed 'addressee unknown' and returned to sender when possible."
