Here's something else:
A letter from the US Post Office to author/researcher Stewart Galanor in response to an inquiry he made about post office boxes. The Post Office said that "mail addressed to a person at a post office box, who is not authorized to receive mail, shall be endorsed 'addressee unknown' and returned to sender when possible." http://i43.tinypic.com/25swy12.jpg Under postal regulations, "Hidell" could not have received any weapons at Box 2915. |
