A campaigning MP sensationally claimed yesterday that two whistleblowers who threatened to expose an alleged VIP paedophile ring may have been murdered.
John Mann has passed detectives information about the suspicious deaths of the men who were allegedly poised to lift the lid on child sex abuse at the heart of the Establishment.
The development comes as the Labour MP told the Daily Mail yesterday that a key witness has come forward providing the address of a Dolphin Square flat which was used for abuse parties' by a network of high-profile figures including politicians and leading members of the judiciary, military and security services.
The potential breakthrough, which could help detectives identify the alleged perpetrators, comes a day after it emerged that Mr Mann had handed detectives a dossier naming 22 politicians including six serving MPs and members of the House of Lords suspected of involvement in a Westminster paedophile ring.
The Bassetlaw MP has since spoken to a victim who has provided a specific location where it is claimed that boys from care homes in Lambeth, South London, were taken to be abused the apartment in the luxury block of 1,250 flats at Dolphin Square in Pimlico.
Mr Mann alerted police to allegations of child abuse at the prestigious block in 1989 when he was a Lambeth councillor, but nothing was done. The two whistleblowers he claims may have been killed are said to have been ready to expose powerful figures preying on teenage boys from children's care homes in Lambeth.
The information Mr Mann has given police concerns the suspicious deaths of a Lambeth Council caretaker in 1989 and a social worker in 1993 who allegedly threatened to expose a paedophile ring linked to a future minister in Tony Blair's government.
The unnamed caretaker was said to have tapes on ultra-violent sex parties' when he died in an apparent arson attack.
A second council employee, social services manager Bulic Forsythe, was found dead by firefighters in his blazing flat in Clapham. His skull had been fractured by a heavy weapon.
In the months before his murder the 42-year-old had told colleagues at Lambeth Council he was on the verge of exposing child sex abuse and corruption.
Witnesses have said Mr Forsythe had information about council buildings being used to film child sexual abuse. He died at the time of an internal council probe into alleged sexual abuse in the housing department where he had worked.

The report is said to implicate council officers as well as police and politicians. It states: The murder of Bulic Forsythe was seen by some witnesses as a possible outcome for anyone who strayed too far in their investigation or who asked too many questions.'
Though the panel found no direct link' between his death and work, it said its evidence should be handed to police. The murder was investigated but never solved and cold case detectives are re-examining it.
Police are said to be investigating five potential paedophile rings operating over the last three decades in locations including Dolphin Square, Lambeth, North Wales and Rochdale.
The Dolphin Square flat which Mr Mann claims he can identify is not thought to have been the residence of any politician. Mr Mann told the Mail: It is a short-term let. It is a big apartment in a particular part of Dolphin Square. The allegation is teenage boys were taken there and abused by at least two MPs. It is a specific allegation which will need to be verified.'

The revelations by Mark Watts, editor of Exaro, that Theresa May, the home secretary, is considering scrapping the newly set up independent panel will have more implications than many survivors can possibly imagine. It will go much further than the anguish shown by panel member and survivor Sharon Evans, whose heartfelt views are reflected in her letter revealed in the Exaropiece. Survivors who campaigned for a clean break hope for a new judge led inquiry or Royal Commission compelling everybody to give evidence which will solve all their problems and produce " an all singing,dancing " result. Some of them don't want anybody on the panel at all. What they are not aware is that a political decision to reshape the inquiry is now competing with a now much bigger political issue: The General Election. It will be the perfect storm for further inaction. From next month any statement made by a politician will be about positioning themselves for winning the next general election not about the good of governing the country. To deal with everything the campaigners want Theresa May has only until March 26 to sort out appointing a new chair, further advisers and staff. After that Whitehall runs the country politicians are in purdah and cannot make any controversial appointments or decisions. There are over 100 applications for the chair and candidates will now obviously want to know what exactly they are being appointed to is it a panel, a judicial inquiry or a Royal Commission? There is also now huge disruption to the work of the panel, the secretariat, who don't know where they stand. I have heard that at least two other members of the panel and not the people the noisy survivors have targeted may well quit because of potential damage to their reputations and won't want anything to do with it. There is a real danger that people may think it is so toxic that no one will want to be appointed to do the job. This means it is will be a very tall order to do this by March 26. But that is minor compared to the storm on the way the general election campaign. As a seasoned political journalist I am aware that we face an extraordinary and unprecedented campaign. None of the two main parties Conservative and Labour look like securing an overall majority. The Lib Dems- the third major party of the 2010 election- face potential oblivion. The only parties who really connected with the electorate in the last year were UKIP, the Scottish Nationalists and the Greens who could all gain seats next May but not enough to form a government. Cameron will not replicate Thatcher's 1983 victory and Ed Miliband will not replicate Blair's 1997 landslide. So what will happen in May is that NO party will have an overall majority and NO new government will be able to take difficult decisions. Furthermore all three main parties could be plunged into distracting leadership battles- with Cameron,.Miliband and Clegg toppled while new rivals ( in the Tories case, Boris Johnson, Michael Gove, George Osborne and Theresa May herself competing for the top job). Then it is likely to be a SECOND general election under new leaders probably in October or November while the big parties try again for a majority. Why does this apoplectic vision affect what happens to the CSA inquiry? Simple really, if it is not finally settled by March nobody is going to bother to set up another inquiry because they will be too distracted with leadership in fighting and trying to survive on a day-to-day basis to have time. One of Margaret Thatcher's closest confidantes raped a teenage boy 30 years ago but escaped justice when Scotland Yard covered up the crime, it has been alleged.
A former Conservative minister, Morrison was first exposed as a serial child abuser in 1998, three years after he died from a heart attack. But the MP for Chester was never charged with any crime during his lifetime.
Yet after he gave a statement and was examined by doctors, the family say they heard nothing for months.
Finally, the boy's father says he was informed by Scotland Yard that the abuser had been sent to prison for assaulting his son, and that no further action was needed. However it was only years later, the family claim, that they discovered the culprit's true identity. They then discovered Morrison had never in fact been jailed for any crime, and that police had apparently duped them into dropping the allegation. The man, now a married businessman, is the first of Morrison's alleged victims to speak publicly. His disturbing story is backed up by his parents and is being investigated as part of Operation Fairbank, set up by the Met two years ago to probe suggestions that high profile political figures had been involved in organised child sex abuse. He is now preparing to take legal action against the force, who he claims "hushed the whole thing up". Sir Peter Morrison with Margaret Thatcher, and the notorious Elm Guest House in Barnes where he allegedly abused a 14-year-old boy An Old Etonian and barrister by background, Peter Morrison was Lady Thatcher's trusted parliamentary private secretary and deputy chairman of the Conservative Party. In 1990, he led Thatcher's disastrous leadership campaign team when she lost power. It was first reported in 1998 that Morrison had been arrested for molesting underage boys during his career, but had been let off with a police caution. In 2002, Edwina Currie, the former Tory minister, revealed that Morrision was a "noted pederast" in her diaries. He has also been linked to the child abuse scandal at care homes in North Wales. Earlier this year, Thatcher's former bodyguard Barry Strevens claimed the former prime minister was told about Morrison's alleged penchant for under-age boys but appointed him deputy party chairman despite the rumours. Norman Tebbit has also admitted that "rumours had got to my ears" that Morrison was a paedophile more than a decade before the truth was exposed. The new allegations against Morrison and Scotland Yard come after the father of an eight year old boy murdered in 1981 told The Telegraph in November that his son may have died at the hands of a Westminster paedophile ring, and that police covered it up. Vishambar Mehrotra, a retired magistrate, recorded a male prostitute saying in a telephone call that his son may have been abducted and taken to the Elm guesthouse in 1981, the same location where the new victim claims Morrison raped him. Mr Mehrotra took the recording to police at the time but claimed they refused to investigate an allegation implicating "judges and politicians". Last month, the Met announced it is investigating the alleged murder of three young boys linked to a Westminster paedophile ring active in the late seventies and early eighties. Officers are probing claims that up to five paedophile rings operated at the heart of Westminster with the involvement of "highly influential" politicians. A Labour MP said it was "inconceivable" that police would not now arrest and interview some of the politicians he has named in a list handed to detectives. John Mann, who spent months sifting evidence from members of the public, handed over evidence on 22 politicians including three serving MPs and three members of the House of Lords. Although some on the list are now dead, it also contains the names of other figures who are still alive but no longer active in Westminster, Mr Mann said. "There are at least five paedophile rings which involved MPs," he said. "Each of them involved at least one MP, some involved more, and these were groups of people who knew about the activities of one another. "In some cases I believe they committed abuse together." Not to mention St Georges School the MOD funded boarding school that some very very very senior brass used to frequently visit at weekends for special dinners with their hand picked junior boarders selected to attend their every need.
But hey, Sir Keith Joseph (conveniently deceased 1994) did a superb job managing that issue in late 1982. Police, Dept Education and Science (josephs gig at the time), MOD and House of Lords managed to do what was required to "manage" this in 1982 & 2010. Nice of them to hide what happened between 1977 and 1983 and a few instances beyond.
Josephs gave the school six weeks notice of its pending inspection announcing it in the Lords for all to hear and read in hansard. His report into the school was a fcuking white wash…. examined every aspect except discipline and welfare… never mind the kids were being hammered and beaten senseless, being loaned out to visiting important gentlemen. Not to mention the Labour politician Derek Sawyer.

Fact as news of this broke via the roger cook radio prog on R4 "checkpoint" our fathers were being sent south in 1982… MOD and brass could not be having them worrying about their sons being drugged and raped while preparing to get busy for maggie- so it was managed and tucked away as "case closed nothing wrong here" only to end up before the crown in 2010 to become a landmark case.
So far… Two now jailed, one not guilty, one topped himself (coward), others pending while the real offenders and enablers still have access to vulnerable today.

TWO victims of a paedophile headmaster have spoken for the first time of the sadistic beatings and sex abuse they suffered at his hands.
Mark Smith and Russell White were just eight and 10 when Derek Slade began molesting them up to four times a week.
He also routinely kicked the terrified youngsters and thrashed them mercilessly with a cane or wooden paddle.
Slade even tape-recorded their screams of pain to gratify his own vile lusts.
The horrifying ordeal left such deep physical and mental scars desperate Mark later tried to kill himself.
But three weeks ago the testimony of Mark and Russell helped get 61-year-old Slade jailed for 21 years for abusing a dozen boys between 1978 and 1983.
The fiend preyed on them at St Georges in Great Finborough, Suffolk, a boarding school for the sons of military personnel whose fees were paid by the MoD.
Dad-of-two Russell, 40, said: We were defenceless kids at the mercy of a 16st sadist who beat us black and blue and sexually abused us. We were helpless voices crying out in the dark yet no one stopped the pain.
Our whole lives have been blighted by Slade's perverted cruelty.
And Mark, a married father of one, said: He ruined my life. I'm finally getting professional help because I want to move on. But there can never be closure.
He robbed us of our innocence and trust and the pain will never leave.
Mark, whose dad was an Army sergeant, first went to the school motto: Be Of Good Courage in 1978.
He recalled: Id been there about a week when I wet the bed. I was a little lad of eight, separated from my parents for the first time, so its not surprising.
In the morning Matron made me dry the sheets on a radiator to humiliate me then sent me to Slades study.
There was a collection of canes on the desk and a cabinet for his other weapons a shoe with a ridged sole and a bat.
This huge man barked at me to drop my trousers and pants. Then he whacked me five times with the bat with sheer, sadistic force.
It was agony. I was utterly terrified. I was only eight, for Gods sake.
Mark, 40, wept as he went on: He made me sit on his lap and rubbed my bare buttocks and cuddled me. I then went to my dorm and cried my heart out. After that he beat me three to four times every week for four years with the canes, bat, shoe and his fists and feet.
You'd be walking down a corridor and hear him shout, You, boy! and you'd start to shake with fear.
I wrote home about what was happening but the letters got intercepted by Slade and we got beaten even worse. For years I thought my parents didnt care.
In fact, his mum complained after seeing terrible bruising on his back and legs when he was 11 but Slade simply told her: Your son bruises easily.
Throat
Recalling how he got so black and blue, Mark said: I was ordered to Slade's study because I spelt something wrong in Latin.
While I was outside a teacher came past, so I plucked up the courage to ask for help.
But when Slade saw us talking he grabbed me round the throat, picked me up under his arm and stormed down the corridor using my head as a battering ram to smash through several sets of heavy, closed fire-doors.
The staff member said something but he shouted If you don't like it, leave.
Slade dropped me down some stairs, dragged me to his study and started hitting me with a bat. I lost count at 89. Russell, son of a Navy medic, first met Mark at the school in 1980.
He said: On my second day I slid down a big spiral banister not realising Slade's study was at the bottom.
I fell off as he came out. He shouted You, boy! and ordered me inside. I had to drop my trousers and he beat me on my bare bum with the bat.
Choking back tears, he went on: This was a 16st man beating a 10-year-old with full force. He was a monster.
After the beating he helped me pull up my pants and grabbed my penis.
I was frequently caned on my legs I once counted 20 on each before the pain made me shut off.
Ive blocked out so much but I remember nine or 10 severe beatings and the indecent assaults.
There didn't have to be a reason for Slade to beat you. There was a chart where teachers gave you stars for being good or stripes for being naughty.
If you got three stripes you had to do a 5,000-word essay about the inside of a ping-pong ball without repeating any words. If you did you got beaten.
Another essay was Whackings I Have Had and if you didn't describe your pain in enough agonising detail Slade would thrash you so you had something to write about next time.
He often had half a dozen boys lined up for punishment, so you learnt to try to get in first because by the time hed got through a few hed worked himself into a frenzy and hit even harder.
Some boys ended up in the hospital wing but nothing was ever done.
Russell, from Cambridge, added: I wrote umpteen letters home but only one or two got there when a cleaner smuggled them out for us.
I know my mum spoke to the school about me getting beaten but I don't know what excuse Slade gave.
Begged
Dad knew if he took me out of school he'd have to repay some fees to the MoD and didn't have the money.
But eventually mum begged my dad to get me out and I left in 1983.
After a troubled career at another school, Russell became an RAF medic.
He then joined the prison service and guarded Moors killer Myra Hindley.
Russell said: Bizarrely, that gave me some power back. Perhaps in my mind it was Derek Slade in that cell.
The legacy of abuse also devastated Mark, who left St Georges in 1982 and went to a new school in Essex.
He said: Id been there a month when I was sent to see the head.
I automatically took my trousers and pants down. His look of horror was the ultimate humiliation for me.
When I was 14 I started to cut my arms and burn them with cigarettes because I hated myself so much.
At 29 he tried to commit suicide. But when he woke up in hospital he said he had forgotten the abuse and did not remember it again till he heard about Slades arrest.
He travelled from his Isle of Wight home to Ipswich for the paedophiles trial and was reunited with Russell.
Mark said: I felt nothing but hatred when I saw Slade in the dock. He didnt show the slightest remorse.
Slade left St Georges in 1983 and opened a school in India using a false name. A number of pupils are now suing for sexual abuse.
Mark said: I want to help children who may be suffering what we went through three decades ago. We lost a huge part of our lives perhaps they'll cope better if they get help soon.

Slade, who was principal of the former St George's School near Stowmarket was imprisoned for 21 years after being convicted of 50 offences.
Among the 62-year-old's convictions were sex assaults on pupils dating back to the 1970s and 80s including buggery and indecent assaults. He also committed actual body harm and admitted 17 offences relating to child pornography, as well as one of possessing a false passport.
Slade's reign of terror at St George's, and its earlier incarnation at Wicklewood, near Wymondham, in Norfolk, was originally exposed by investigative reporter Roger Cook.
In the early 1980s Cook lifted the lid on the physical abuse suffered by pupils who lived under the strict regime of corporal punishment laid down by Slade.
The expose on the BBC Radio 4 programme Checkpoint led to national inquiries into the allegations about Slade.
Following Slade's imprisonment last September Cook has made a follow-up documentary for Inside Out entitled Abuse of Trust. It is due to air at 10.35pm next Tuesday.
Slade, formerly of Burton-upon-Trent, was originally exonerated of wrongdoing at an official inquiry but he was later convicted and jailed for assaulting a pupil at a school in Sussex. His sentence was overturned on appeal.
He then went overseas to set up schools in impoverished areas, leading to suspicions of further abuse.
Abuse of Trust follows his career, investigating how a man with such an appalling record was able to deceive charities and businesses and work with vulnerable children.
One of Slade's victims from St George's has been interviewed for the programme and has said he will waive his anonymity. The man, who asked not to be named until the programme aired, said: "I was sick of hiding. The shame belongs to him and not to me. Why should I hide?
"I was absolutely sick of being made to feel I am a victim, like I was when I was ten. I won't hide in the shadows."
Suffolk police are still continuing their inquiry into allegations about St George's. A week ago it emerged 35 ex-pupils are taking legal action against Anglemoss Ltd, in Great Finborough, the company which ran it, claiming sexual and physical abuse.

A THIRD arrest has been made by officers investigating allegations of historic sexual abuse at St George's School in Finborough, near Stowmarket, and its former premises in Norfolk.
A 66-year-old man from Amsterdam has been arrested on behalf of UK police in Holland, following an investigation into allegations of abuse at St George's School in Wicklewood near Wymondham, Norfolk, during the 1980s.
It comes after former headteacher Derek Slade was sentenced at Ipswich Crown Court last September to 21 years in prison, after he was convicted of more than 50 offences of sexual and physical abuse against former pupils over a five-year period in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
The 66-year-old, a Dutch national, is being held in custody in The Netherlands, following his arrest on Wednesday.
Suffolk Police have confirmed they will try to extradite the man to the UK in due course.

In 1999, an international investigation of child pornographers and paedophiles run by Britain's National Criminal Intelligence Service, code named Operation Ore, resulted in 7,250 suspects being identified in the United Kingdom alone. Some 1850 people were criminally charged in the case and there were 1451 convictions. Almost 500 people were interviewed "under caution" by police, meaning they were suspects. Some 900 individuals remain under investigation. In early 2003, British police began to close in on some top suspects in the Operation Ore investigation, including senior members of Blair's government.
However, Blair issued a D-Notice, resulting in a gag order on the press from publishing any details of the investigation. Blair cited the impending war in Iraq as a reason for the D-Notice. Police also discovered links between British Labour government paedophile suspects and the trafficking of children for purposes of prostitution from Belgium and Portugal (including young boys from the Casa Pia orphanage in Portugal).

In the United States, Operation Ore's counterpart was Operation Avalanche. However, U.S. authorities only charged 100 people out of 35,000 investigated. The international paedophile investigation began when Dallas police and the US Postal Inspection Service raided the offices of Landslide Productions of Fort Worth, Texas and confiscated records on thousands of people around the world who were child pornography customers of the firm. Landslide's halcyon days as a Fort Worth-based international online marketplace of kiddie porn was during the term of Texas Governor George W. Bush.
WMR has learned that the Bush administration, like that of Blair, is rife with paedophiles in top positions. The paedophile network also extends to the U.S. defense industry, particularly some of the companies that have been involved in the sexual abuse of minors at overt and covert U.S. prisons in Abu Ghraib, Iraq; Guantanamo, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Thailand, and now, at three prisons in Ethiopia.

The Sunday Times is reported to have obtained an FBI list of Labour MPs who have used credit cards to pay for internet child pornography, and Blair has responded by imposing a massive news blackout, failing however to stop the arrest of one of his most important aides, Phillip Lyon.
Lyon used his computer "to pursue his interest and perhaps curiosity in this type of material. He searched for it on the internet and, when found, downloaded it for his delectation later", said Ms Karmy-Jones.
Lyon, 38, from Stanford le Hope in Essex, denies 12 specimen charges of making an indecent image of a child between October 2001 and April 2002. "It is like a drug, you try one and you want to try something harder, and it has a snowball effect," he is alleged to have told officers when arrested.
Lyonworked in the Upper Table Office, where he met MPs, the Speaker, and Deputy Speaker while checking parliamentary questions and administering early day motions. "He needed skills in computing and the internet," said Ms Karmy-Jones. "He is an intelligent individual, and knew full well what he was doing." When first interviewed, he allegedly told police he did not distribute material "I just look at pictures."
Ms Karmy-Jones told jurors: "This case is about child pornography what others might call photos of child abuse. When I say child abuse, it may sound harsh, but it is the nature of these images which is central to the case. They are unpleasant and disturbing."
She said the issue might be whether it was Lyon who downloaded the images. "We say it is clear he was that man."

The new witness has told police he watched the teenager being taken into a *terrifying "medical room" by a senior Tory MP and never saw her again. The sickening events are said to have taken place at London's notorious Dolphin Square flats in the 1990s, the Sunday People can reveal. He fears the teenager may have been killed by a brutal sadist acting out his horrific fantasies. It would make her the fourth reported murder victim of a Westminster-based pervert ring, some of them household names. The witness told the investigative website Exaro that he was himself abused while in his teens by prominent politicians and a famous comedian at the now notorious Dolphin Square complex in central London. We are calling the man Darren, *although that is not his real name *because he lives in hiding, fearing for his own life. He is the third alleged victim of the gang to come forward. He claimed the spanking ex-minister preferred a *bedroom known as the "leopard room" because it had a leopard skin rug. Another was known as the "gay room" because it was "flowery and *effeminate". Darren claimed that in this room he was forced to give oral sex to the famous comedian. He said: "At first he was an interested spectator at the parties but then decided to take part. "I met him afterwards and he told me he had suffered humiliation too vile to describe and was then beaten up." Darren said the brutalised boy was under 16 at the time. He recalled that traumatised children would gather in the kitchen at Dolphin Square to *comfort each other after their ordeals. He admitted he was given £50 each time he attended a child abuse party. But he insisted he only went because evil Righton forced him to. He said: "I would never have gone to those parties willingly it was fear of Righton. "One occasion when he attacked me stands out. It happened after I was taken into a bedroom with the famous TV personality and Peter was driving us back to Suffolk. "I kept saying the name of the comic character played by the actor and saying that he was at the party. Peter kept saying, No he wasn't.' "Then he suddenly swung a tremendous punch, while still keeping control of the car. It hit me flush on the chin and I may have passed out. It was a warning to keep my mouth shut." Darren was interviewed over three days by Met Police detectives and named his abusers.
