If we hypothetically speculated that Tague's story was true, is it possible that the man Loy Factor said was Oswald helping with the shooting was actually the CIA double?
If Baker saw this man walking from the 4th floor landing it is possible Baker was ordered not to talk about him. If true Baker would have witnessed one Oswald in the lunchroom and another on the 4th floor landing.

To me, the proof that LBJ and Hoover were not the masterminds behind the plot is the choice of Oswald as patsy. Those guys would have picked an escapee from a mental asylum with no political views. But what is the point of framing a "Marxist" pro-Castro defector to the USSR if you're not going to try and blame Castro and the KGB for the assassination? If you're going to make Earl Warren cry by warning about WWIII and try to paint Oswald as a mother-dominated, attention-seeking nut (something he obviously wasn't)?
