as far as the ss is concerned, i think we also must keep in mind that within the rule books they carried, was the rule relating to anyone with an umbrella along a motorcade and or anyone with an overcoat over their arm, relating to the fact that a weapon could be hidden in such, but they did not check um or tum out, the only ss agent who appeared interested at all in them was one clint hill who can be seen within the films and photos, photos mainly, appearing to be staring at them and following them along as the queen mary proceeded down elm...and afterwards the great fbi could not, would not, put any effort whatsoever into finding the um man, it was too difficult a task, and it took i believe it was in 76 before tink thompson and gary shaw noticed the um and tum, within the photos, see the w/c nor any government agency were really not interested in any films or photos, as long as they thought they had them all, which they did think...even inserting a notice into each and every film taken in to be developed, at any store..that they the fbi be notified if any of the photos developed related in anyway to the assassination...case covered, they thought...b
When looking frame by frame at the Z film, it appears that JBC and SSA Kellerman noticed the strange behavior of TUM and the tall waving man. And if SSA Hill noticed them as well, it seems as though more effort would have been made attempting to identify and locate the two individuals early on. I have questions about the Louis Witt story, and to my knowledge the other gentleman has never been officially identified. Very strange.

fwiw; Tosh Plumlee identified DCM to Jim Marrs and me as a Cuban he knew =
nicknamed GATOR, because an aligator had bitten off two of his fingers.

unknown) who went by the nickname Gator. He was allegedly associated =
with a commando group called the Black Falcons. Tony Cuesta was =
supposedly also a member of this organization.
It was told to me that at the time of the assassination, Alvarez was in =
Miami. Like all information of this type regarding where certain people =
were on the 22nd of November 1963, one should treat it with a grain of =
salt.

Thanks for your response Ms Moore. That is my first notice of the bulge on the right side of DCM (tall Cuban?). It certainly appears to me to be a handgun. And, a few minutes later the gentleman just walked away. Considering the walk away, I wonder if Tosh Plumlee has seen the video of what appears to be DCM walking across the grass on the south side of Elm St a few minutes after the assassination? I saw it on Youtube recently, but I have no recall where. But, possibly it will show up somewhere close. In any event, it may help to identify the gentleman, or possibly rule out others.
