The Lies of Colby: New Spartacus? McAdams...
#31
It seems hard to know exactly what went on; but sensitivity on his part toward this woman who left is not one of the things we know went on. However, if [as many of us have wondered] he is a CIA mockingbird asset [as opposed to just a pompous idiot on JFK assassination matters] one would think they'd come to his rescue in some way.... So, maybe he is just a lone nut pompous idiot on JFK. ::cuckoo::

I'm beginning to realize this whole thing occurred because McAdams was living in a deluded concept of reality that was gotten from his being able to get away with Kennedy Assassination denial so easily that he thought he could do it with other subjects.

Now can we work on getting Von Pein legally prohibited from use of the internet?

(I still think Marquette's reasoning was pc bs and there were no real safety threats here)

Quote:Like I said, Abbate really has a good lawsuit against both McAdams and Marquette. At the least, she would get a nice settlement for negligence.

I find this demeaning of the academic right to free speech on specific issues which is really a traditional freedom of college campuses. To be honest with you Ms Abbate strikes me as a poser. Heated e-mails are not unheard of with contentious issues in America. I would ask some people to consider their own input against assassination deniers and tolerance of it and how those posts could be equally used against them.

And maybe he is a liability for them too and they are cutting him free?

I just got a look at McAdams' termination letter.

In some ways this is even worse than I thought.

First, get this, the student who went to him with the story was flunking the class and eventually dropped it. And McAdams did not reveal that on his blog.

Second, Abbate was getting so many violent threats they stationed a security guard outside her class!

The administration agreed with me on the fact that McAdams completely distorted the incident in his rendition.

But it ain't over. And this is where the CIA may come in.

McAdams is going to fight this thing. Actually he said "we" have fine legal counsel. Well, I am sure the CIA has many cleared law firms on their list around the Milwaukee area. Just like they had in New Orleans to furnish to Garrison's suspects.

McAdams is going to sue...and he will backed by a law firm [Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty] which is funded by the Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation....which seems to have some Deep Political connections...maybe, just maybe, some CIA ones....

I've been trying to tell people you might be falling for something that works opposite what you think.

Quote:

Anti-Muslim support

Even if Halvorssen were to be taken at his word about his relationship with Donors Capital Fund, he cannot explain why the Human Rights Foundation relies on other key members of the Islamophobia industry's financial network.
The Sarah Scaife Foundation, one of the four foundations controlled by conservative financier Richard Mellon Scaife, donated $325,000 to Halvorssen's Human Rights Foundation between 2007 and 2011, according to IRS filings.
According to the Center for American Progress, Scaife's foundations contributed a staggering $7,875,000 to the Islamophobia industry between 2001 and 2009.
Among the major recipients of Scaife's money was the David Horowitz Freedom Center, which received $3.4 million during the eight-year period documented in the "Fear Inc." report.
The David Horowitz Freedom Center happens to be the main sponsor of Robert Spencer, the Islamophobic pseudo-scholar who claimed in a video interview with the conservative website Politichicks that the Muslim Brotherhood has penetrated deep into President Obama's White House inner circle. Breivik referenced Spencer's work no fewer than 162 times in his manifesto.
Then there is the Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation, which contributed $145,000 to the Human Rights Foundation from 2007 through 2011, according to IRS forms. As The Electronic Intifada recently reported, the Bradley Foundation has helped pay the salaries of some of America's most virulent anti-Muslim agitators. These include David Horowitz, the creator of "Islamofascism Awareness Week," Pipes and Frank Gaffney, publisher of conspiratorial pamphlets like his 2010 "Shariah: The Threat to America," in which he warned that American Muslims were engaged in a "stealth jihad" to place the country under the control of "sharia," or Islamic law.
Breivik cited Gaffney and Horowitz a total of nine times in his manifesto.

David Von Pein wrote a post about me on the Education Forum. The kind hosts of this site have allowed me a place to post so I'll heed their advice to not bring conflicts from other sites over here.

I think they would approve if I just kept it brief by saying Von Pein is an obvious disinformationist to most reasonable honest people. This is shown by his phony pleading to free speech and objectivity as his only desperate last resort since most of his entries are based on dishonest denial rhetoric.

David Von Pein is not an honorable person so he should not be allowed to make appeals based on the medium of honorable discourse. He is beneath that and doesn't deserve the right. In normal society those who are guilty of crimes are not allowed to come forward to the main level of society to demand things and neither should dishonest disinformationists like Mr Von Pein. They are tolerated as technical opposition at best. The CIA itself is an even worse example.

Persons like Mr Von Pein are guilty of serious crimes and helping form the minds of Americans against their democracy. He makes lesser mentalities and agendas feel safe practicing deception and the support of non-democratic thought and politics. The covert murder of an American president is a serious crime and all normal sensibilities of jurisprudence deem cooperation in such an act an equal crime to the degree of complicity. Hence let there be no doubt or mistaking the fact Mr Von Pein and others are guilty of high crimes against the state and conspiring to obstruct justice in the case of treason and the assassination of a US President. I would no sooner accept Mr Von Pein's bogus appeal to free speech as I would a large rat scurrying about the table top of an ornate banquet and begging equal right.

Contrary to Sunstein the American people need to get their act together and make these persons the violators and place the burden of restriction upon them where it justly belongs. We clearly have a right to do so according to the objective level of evidence gathered in the Kennedy Assassination. Notorious characters like Mr Von Pein are a sign of the failure of all of us to act and apply due justice to the fascist CIA coup d'etat that occurred in 1963. No person should be allowed to lie for so long with such unchallenged presence in any credible assembly of God and democracy-fearing Americans. There comes a time when yelling "THERE'S NO FIRE!" in a clearly burning theater should be met by censure. Truly my friends, I think we have reached that point with these main assassination conspiracy deniers. Time to make them pay to the level they have incurred. Only a charlatan would think those who are in the right have to account for his deceit or make a place for him amongst honest men.

To the defense of the Kennedy's my friends. Let justice be sound and swift. The evidence is good enough now. Time to act.

Edit: Mr Von Pein posted this reply on the EF and added a reply of his own in response.

I did not read it.

She was not just getting threats via e mail.

The reason they posted a security guard outside her class is that she was getting threats in her on campus mailbox!

No wonder she left. She had to.

Reading the letter, the only thing they did not fully investigate is the pre existing relationship between McAdams and the flunking student.

Because, guess what, as I suspected, McAdams was his faculty advisor. He used this to try and transfer out of the class and not get a failing grade. And McAdams did not reveal that either.

This is what I mean about this whole thing being a good paradigm for what he does in the JFK case.

And as I said, I think she has a good lawsuit against both McAdams and the university.

I'll yield.

McAdams has obviously succumbed to Bush syndrome but didn't have the army to back him up.

Von Pein is easy.

I casually remind him of his observations that none of the Dealey Plaza photos show more than just "a little bit" of jacket bunching.

There's nothing to debate after that.

Mark Knight tried to shut down my last little discussion with Mr. Von Pein but I wouldn't have any of that: I got DVP to admit a cardinal fact of conspiracy.

No one else ever wrought a significant admission from the man, right, Jim D?
