suggesting a search initiation time of 12:40 PM, surely a bit optimistic, but there you are. I notice it only refers to R&H officers, so many names are omitted.

I remember the 6 hole binders with information organized alphbetically... but never saw this...

Furthermore, Fritz did not arrive on scene until 1pm. Not sure what this is trying to say other than a search for the RIFLE time of 12:40....
