Jim DiEugenio recently appeared on "The Loser's Club" podcast to criticize Stephen King's production that showed Oswald shooting Kennedy from the 6th Floor...Jim participated in an hour and half program that listed the evidence King ignored in order to come to his faulty conclusion...
Part way through the show Jim told of Victoria Adams and her not seeing Oswald on the stairs and criticized King for ignoring it...
In his description of Victoria Adams' witnessing DiEugenio told the host that Adams and Styles ran from the windows as soon as the limousine disappeared under the triple underpass...This was correct and it was 8 seconds after the shots...From there Jim went on to describe how Mrs Garner saw Truly & Baker appear on the 4th Floor staircase landing immediately after Adams & Styles descended...
The problem with this is Jim DiEugenio stupidly endorses Bart Kamp's false belief that the 2nd Floor Lunch Room Encounter never happened...However DiEugenio fails to realize that he just endorsed evidence that forces the 2nd Floor Lunch Room Encounter to be real...Jim is a political bastard and this is his Achilles Heel...Jim is excellent at book-sourced research and one of the best in the business, however he has weird paradox of having a moron level ability at abstract analysis...Jim doesn't detect that for him to admit that Adams & Styles dashed from the 4th Floor windows 8 seconds after the shots, and that Mrs Garner saw Truly & Baker emerge as the first people after Adams & Styles, is tantamount to admitting that Truly & Baker passed the 2nd Floor Lunch Room at the time of the Lunch Room Encounter...What this shows is that Jim doesn't really believe Bart Kamp's bullshit about the 2nd Floor Lunch Room Encounter not happening...Jim endorses Kamp not out of evidentiary accuracy and rigor but out of a loyalty to mob-like packs of researchers...As Richard Gilbride correctly put in his recent post - Jim DiEugenio is not to be trusted...He offers moron-level fatal conflicts in his claims and enforces them with crony moderators who, like Jim, don't bother to pay attention to the details of what is being discussed...Jim doesn't pay attention to what he writes...He endorses Kamp in public but then cites material that refutes Kamp and doesn't notice the difference...
Jim gets away with this because he has a loyal set of moderators on the JFK internet who betray normal research standards and back anything he posts...Even though those moderators say they are beholden to rigor and good research they lie and they are just approving of anything that Jim posts...They are enforcing an insider's club (Loser's Club)...Those moderators are beneath low and they have now reached a point where you can publicly disprove them and they are arrogant enough to not answer...Even worse they offer the teenage girl level of input of giving your correct evidence an automatic one star review even though by doing that they are only proving your point even more...JFK research has reached a new low because of Mr DiEugenio and his implied demand for loyalty...Peer Review and credible moderation are in the toilet...
Does Jim come in to these threads and answer for himself?...No...Jim is above that...But it doesn't really matter because Jim knows he will get an automatic ruling in his favor no matter how badly he contradicts himself...No matter how many notorious trolls he backs at the expense of good researchers who get banned because of him...No matter how much good evidence gets ignored...The commonly accepted definition of what Jim does is known as "Intellectual Dishonesty" or "Cowardice"...
Watch Mark Knight, Sandy Larsen, and James Gordon enforce banning against the guy who disproved DiEugenio and ignore Jim's fatal conflicts while referring to themselves as serious moderators...Nowhere will any of the clique members call Jim out on the fact Adams & Styles bolting from the windows 8 seconds after the shots, and Mrs Garner seeing Truly & Baker as the first people after Adams & Styles (as Jim admits), necessitates Truly & Baker passing the Lunch Room at the time of the Lunch Room Encounter...
