I wonder how that would play in the lawsuit Lifton is encouraging PJM to file against DiEugenio?

What was it exactly that made Donald Jameson say that? Had he experienced a "She's with us" moment?

Simkin tinkles tea cups with Lifton cheering each others fine manners while Jameson softly laughs.

That's just it. Lifton can huff and puff all he wants about "lawsuits". She would never sue anyone. If so all the truth would be revealed through discovery and she would lose.

Simkin should be told that I just discovered something significant in other research because of something he wrote in relation to the recent DiEugenio banning. Simkin should know it was information he entered in response to the controversy stirred up by DiEugenio's banning. It's pure coincidence but it led to my discovering something important in other unrelated research. So he should know that contentious challenge like DiEugenio practices is not necessarily a bad thing because it leads people to defend their egos with some of their best knowledge. It's the information in that knowledge that leads to greater discoveries. If Simkin had followed-through on his threat to shut down his JFK forum it would have killed the discovery he just gave me.

Another thing people forget about PJM:

You know how all of us are so sick and tired of the whole "people cannot handle the fact that a loser like Oswald took out a great man like Kennedy, and that is the reason for all this controversy" excuse?

I mean I had to answer that question for the 30th anniversary for some big radio station. I said no, its the evidence that does not add up.

Well, in doing some research for Probe, when it was a paper magazine, me and Lisa found that it was PJM who started that whole meme back on the 20th anniversary with a syndicated editorial.

So, in other words, she keeps at it and at it and at it.

Meanwhile, ahem, where is Aline Mosby?

Oswald did not succeed, of course, in bringing down American capitalism, any more than Timothy McVeigh succeeded in sparking a national uprising when he bombed the federal building in Oklahoma City. But Oswald's act of violence indisputably ushered in an era of unease and suspicion in American life that was not there prior to the Kennedy assassination.

Oswald was not responsible for all of the damage that has befallen American society since 1963, much as he would have wished to be. Some of that damage is the result of events related only tangentially to the assassination of President Kennedy. But some of the injury can, with justice, be attributed to conspiracy theorists who have gone to superhuman lengths to avoid facing the truth.

They have constructed wildly-implausible scenarios, far-out, fictitious "conspirators," and have scandalously maligned the motives of Kennedy's successor, rather than take a hard look at the man who actually did it. They have, ironically, done more to poison American political life than Lee Oswaldwith the most terrible of intentionswas able to do.

So ends her Mailer-Posner-Bugliosi-Buckley portrait of the mad, mad, mad, mad Marxist who did it all with his widdew gun
