New Oliver Stone/Jim DiEugenio interview on Black Op Radio
#11
Any ideas what you'd like to call it?
"The philosophers have only interpreted the world, in various ways. The point, however, is to change it." Karl Marx

"He would, wouldn't he?" Mandy Rice-Davies. When asked in court whether she knew that Lord Astor had denied having sex with her.

“I think it would be a good idea” Ghandi, when asked about Western Civilisation.

I would recommend "A Noble Lie" if it hadn't already been used in a documentary on OKC.

How about:

Reclaiming the Truth
The Half-Century Cover-up
The Untold History of the JFK Assassination [Stone might like that one]
Fifty Years of Fact and Fiction

Everyone who cares, and many that don't, know exactly what 11/22 means. Maybe added to the suggestions somehow. Just a thought.

They gave me a list of five titles to choose from.

I chose Refuting Bugliosi.

Well, I got overruled. Of course, no one knew Parkland would bomb as bad as it did.

Do you know how much Oliver liked the book?

He wanted me to get the rights back and republish it with a new title.

Maybe for the trade paper we can retitle it.

Jim - Since Tom Hanks is now starring in a movie called "Saving Mr. Banks"...maybe one of your book sections (if not the entire book) can be retitled "Saving Mr. Hanks...From Himself."

Whatever the name, "Reclaiming Parkland" is something everyone in forums like this one should have and read.

It's "necessary" (Oliver Stone's word). That's because it's the best single volume (and maybe the only one out there) that rebuts Bugs' arguments calmly, logically and in great detail.

Like I said earlier, I can't wait to read reviews of this book on Coincidence Theory sites like McAdams'. But I doubt we'll be seeing very many.
